Account Creation & Security

User Responsibilities

Users agree to use this platform honestly and in compliance with Malaysian laws and regulations. Prohibited conduct includes the use of fake accounts, fraudulent activity, uploading pirated content, and misuse of bonuses or promotions.

All decisions relating to betting and gameplay are final. icd11 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of user decisions or technical issues beyond our control.

Platform Usage Rules

The icd11 platform is only accessible to users aged 18 and above who are not on our exclusion list. Any user found to be in breach of these conditions will have their access restricted.

We reserve the right to suspend, remove, or terminate accounts for violations of these terms without prior notice. All transactions must be carried out through payment methods that are valid and accepted in Malaysia.

Payment & Transaction Information

Deposits and withdrawals are in MYR via local payment methods such as TNG eWallet and FPX. All transactions are processed under strict fraud prevention and security policies to ensure the safety and smooth handling of user funds.

Users must ensure that the payment account used is legitimately owned by them and not linked to any illegal activity. icd11 reserves the right to hold suspicious transactions pending investigation.

Liability Limits

Icd11 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or unforeseen losses that users may suffer due to service disruptions, technical failures, or improper use of the platform.

We are committed to maintaining platform stability and security, but we do not guarantee betting outcomes or an uninterrupted, error-free experience.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

All disputes will be resolved in accordance with Malaysian law, and we are not bound by any foreign ruling without mutual agreement.
